Wowzers! It’s been hot in the Northern Hemipshere this week. Slightly melty is how I’m choosing to describe it. I know it’s hot because this morning, when my youngest and I went for a run/ walk, I went out in shorts and my sports bra. Something I’ve never done before and will definitely be doing again. I was less focussed on what I looked like and more focussed on the cool breeze!

And so, today is iced coffees or teas, or maybe an ice-cream. Whatever we need to cool down with! And because we get to choose where we do this, I’m going to suggest somewhere with a nice, cool, onshore breeze! What do you think?

What if it didn’t have to feel that way?
